Zumbro’s mission: “Our journey of faith leads us to build bridges of understanding and peace, to reach out with compassion, and to share the hope of Jesus.”

Voting is part of our way of life as Americans. As Christians, we believe that God is involved in the public affairs and policies that shape our society.  Voting is one way we participate in shaping the world in ways in which God envisions it. The political process is not perfect, but it’s still important. One way to live out our mission as people of faith and as members of Zumbro is to participate in civic action that leads to building bridges between people and to encourage policy that leads to a more just and peaceful society. The Zumbro Advocacy Team has put together a list of resources to help you vote this year.
