Zumbro Lutheran Church, located in the heart of downtown Rochester, MN since 1865, has over 2,000 congregation members and 20 full and part-time staff team members. Zumbro is a member of the Southeastern Minnesota Synod of the Evangelical Church in America (ELCA), and is a Reconciling in Christ Congregation (RIC). The purpose of the RIC Program is to ensure the welcome, inclusion, celebration, and advocacy for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions; as well as to work for racial equity, commit to anti-racist work, and support the national program.

Open Table Coordinator
Supervisor: Director of Mission
Status: Part-Time/Hourly (6-8 hours/week)
Compensation: $15-$18/hour
Overview: The Open Table Coordinator supports the work of volunteers and the ministry team by serving as the weekly operations coordinator overseeing volunteers, inventory, and logistics of weekly service.
Music Associate: Guitarist
Supervisor: Worship Band Leader
Status: Part-Time/Hourly (Approx. 5 hours/week)
Compensation: $20-$25/hour
Overview: The role of the Music Associate: Guitarist is primarily responsible for advancing the vision and mission of Zumbro Lutheran Church (ZLC) by instrumentally leading the Worship Band, under the direction of the Worship Band Leader.Â
